This large vibrant painting reminds me of the ribbons of gold coming out of blue marble!
Using an open cup technique, I used various shades of blues and greens, gold and white and edged the frame with Pearlized blue. I then embellished it with "ribbons" of gold leaf and sealed my creation with resin.
This rendering was created on a 15 inch by 30 inch by 1.5 inch canvas and is an original, one-of-a-kind, abstract acrylic work of art.
It has been created with high quality acrylic paints resin and pigments.
