This unique creation was created on a white background using neon orange, neon pink, gold and burnt umber. I used various techniques including spin and balloon kisses, then hand painted to emphasize the flowers. Iridescent topcoat and gold glitter paint was then used to accent the piece. It was then sealed with resin to highlight the sparkling colors..
