These beautiful coastal themed canvases were painted with various shades of tan and warm greys for the sand and multiple shades of blue, turquois and greens for the water. I added white and using a swipe technique, created the waves. Prussian blue was then used to paint the sides to "frame" the paintings. Resin was then added to seal the creation. While the resin was still curing, starfish and seashells were added to enhance it's beauty.
This diptych rendering was created on two 10 inch by 20 inch by 1.5 inch canvases and is an original, one-of-a-kind, abstract acrylic work of art.
It has been created with high quality acrylic paints resin and pigments.
